QAComet is built on trust. Our clients rely on us to test sensitive systems and advise on complex workflows. We take privacy seriously — and this policy reflects our commitment to handling data transparently, securely, and responsibly.
We never sell your personal information.
- Scope. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by QAComet through our website (https://qacomet.com) or through direct interactions with prospective or current clients. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our site.
- Information We Collect. We collect two types of information:
- Personal Information. Information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company details when you fill out a form, schedule a consultation, or engage us for services.

- Email & File Storage: Google Workspace — used for communication and document handling.
- Analytics: Google Analytics — used to monitor website usage and performance.

- A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available upon request for clients subject to GDPR, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
- QAComet uses certain trusted third-party vendors:
- Data Retention and Deletion. We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us. We comply promptly, unless data must be retained for legal or operational reasons.
- Cookies. Our site may use cookies or similar technologies to improve website performance. You can modify your browser settings to refuse some or all cookies. However, disabling cookies may affect website functionality. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. QAComet does not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no uniform standard governing their use or interpretation.

This includes encrypted storage (via Google Workspace), limited access controls, and mandatory two-factor authentication for all internal accounts. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Your Rights. Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California), including:
- The right to access or correct your personal data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to opt out of communications
